We are thrilled to announce our new senior leadership team that will lead the Westgate Imperials Coaches and Players in season 2023.
Off the back of significant growth in both team numbers and VJBL rankings, we have established a key team that will support our coaches and take our teams and players to the next level.
Kim Dalmau - DIRECTOR OF COACHING
As Director of Coaching, Kim is responsible for the overall coordination and development of the Association’s representative program.

Adam Sicinski - Girls Coach Lead
As Girls Coach Lead, Adam provides holistic oversight to the girls program, and supports our girls coaches to implement the Westgate Way framework of consistent structures, as well focused player development.

Jeff Kyle - Skill Development lead
As player development lead, Jeff provides targeted skills development working with teams and player groups across the program.
